Re: Bell Technical Solutions Ontario Ratification Results

We are proud to announce that members have voted to ratify the new Collective Agreement, with 65.5% voting in favour.

This agreement represents meaningful gains for our members and was achieved during a period of significant economic uncertainty, rising costs of living, tariffs, industry instability, and ongoing job losses throughout our sector. Despite these challenges, your Bargaining Committee remained focused on securing improvements that protect members and strengthen our workplace rights.

The new Collective Agreement delivers substantial wage increases, enhanced benefits, increased pension contributions, and 419 reclassification opportunities, providing real improvements for members across Ontario.

We would like to thank every member who participated in the process and exercised their democratic right to vote. Your support, engagement, and solidarity throughout bargaining were critical in helping us achieve this result.
