Re: BTS Ontario – Ratification and Voting Reminder
Sisters and Brothers,
We want to remind all members that your ratification ballot will be sent directly to your Bell
Technical Solutions company email. Members currently on leave and without access to their company
email will receive the ballot to the personal email address they previously provided upon request.
Voting will remain open for 24 hours, beginning Friday, May 29th at 11:00 AM. We strongly encourage every member to cast their vote and ensure their voice is heard.
As a reminder, members who were unable to attend the evening information sessions are welcome to
participate in the Friday morning session taking place at 9:00 AM. To request the Zoom link, please
email Kristyn Westoby at Kristyn.Westoby@unifor.org.
Your Bargaining Committee has worked tirelessly over the past four months to secure an agreement we firmly believe reflects the strength, determination, and priorities of our membership. The gains
achieved in this Tentative Agreement are the direct result of relentless pressure, long hours, and
a refusal to back down.
Let us be absolutely clear: we would not be recommending this agreement if we believed there was a
better offer available, or if we felt extending this process further would provide any additional
benefit to our members in any way, shape, or form.
This round of negotiations concluded on OUR terms, NOT the Company’s. We stood
united, held the line, and forced meaningful movement where it mattered most.
We encourage you to contact your local union representatives with any questions or concerns. They
have direct access to the committee and are committed to ensuring that all inquiries are addressed
prior to the vote. Please seek clarification directly rather than relying on rumors.
In Solidarity,
