Work Life Balance is Achievable!!

Brother Brian Lowery presented Heath and Safety Issues in the Workplace pertaining to Perceived Harassment, Stress and Work Life Balance on behalf of the Local 1996-O Executive. Issues that Brother Brian addressed included the New Corporate Culture and Profitability at what cost. Local 1996-O presented a 3 step agenda to the Locals in attendance including the need to hold Caucus to develop a go forward strategy, Monthly Reach out call’s to include all Local Executives to discuss all reported issues and finally to appoint strong advocates to deal with trending issues in defense of all our Unifor Members in the Telco sector. Your Local 1996-O Executive strongly believes that it is time for all Locals in Ontario to work more closely as one unit and bring more attention to this growing concern that effects all our Members.
