have this submission by no later than Thursday May 21st @ 11:00am or you will not receive your ballot.
You do not need to contact Kristyn with your personal email if you have access to your work email, only
if you need to change to a personal email. The email list provided to Simply Voting will only be used to
receive information about the ratification process and voting.
